Application field: transport all kinds of clean or particle contained liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids,
normal-temperature or high-temperature liquids. Mainly used in gasification sections of coal chemical
engineering,coal liquefaction,coal to hydrogen,coal to methane, coal to olefin, coal to gas, synthetic
ammonia, petroleum and petrochemical engineering etc, and transportation of high-temperature,high-
pressure wear-resisting, anti-corrosive coal water slurry medium.

Product overview
FZUM pump is a kind of high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant and wear resistant heavy chemical centrifugal pump which meets API610 design standard. Based on technical properties of foreign gasification pump and our advantages of materials, this product is developed with PHCAD hydraulic design software of Tsinghua University by Jiangsu Feiyue Machine & Pump Group Co.,Ltd and Fluid Center of Jiangsu Province, and Xi'an Aero-Engine (Group) Ltd. It is widely used in Texaco and Shell gasification furnace, ash water circulation of gasification equipment of Tsinghua furnace and space furnace, and high-temperature, high-pressure and wear resistant conditions of industries of chemical fertilizer, coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry etc.

Product technical characteristics
1.Material characteristic
Transflux materials like pump body may apply 06Cr13Ni4Mo, Ni-Hard according to specific working condition. Spray coating
resistant cobalt-base alloy inside passageway to improve passageway service life.
Impeller and pump body liner applies Ni-Hard wear resistant alloy materials or other alloy materials. Apply high strength
precipitation hardening stainless steel for the main axle under high temperature conditions.
2.Structure principle
Apply high strength materials with good casting property as the material of pressure bearing parts. Improve pump durability with high wear resistant backplate liner.Choose API682,PLAN32,PLAN23+62 according to specific working conditions and realize seal reliability. The organic combination of the multi row bearing is capable to stand axial force produced by inlet high pressure.
3.Using conditions
This product is applicable for working conditions of inlet pressure≤8.5MPa,flow~1600m²/h,lift~300m,temperature~300ºC, medium solid content<20%.
Based on different working conditions, materials can be changed properly.
